- Originally from Arkansas, Myah's (she/her) early love of movies led her to earn a BA in cinema studies from NYU. Now a Los Angeleno, Myah worked in film production before earning an MA in Specialized Journalism at USC where she currently develops academic programs. As a special needs mom and a hopeless romantic, she's passionate about inclusive love stories. Myah writes romcoms about Black women winning in life and love after heartbreak. She is currently revising her first novel as a DVMentee for ‘22 and can be found on Twitter @AlwaysBMyahBaby.
